Spartacus Jean is a Partner Finance Manager at MGT Impact Solutions LLC, where he supports the financial management of partner incentive programs across MGT’s leading technology partners and distributors. He is responsible for modeling, tracking, and reconciling incentive earnings and payments tied to partner product bookings and sales, ensuring MGT maximizes earned incentives and identifies any gaps or discrepancies. Spartacus also manages rebate accruals and provides ongoing financial reporting throughout the fiscal year to track performance against targets and highlight variances. He works cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and financial accuracy across partner investments and contributions.
Originally from New England, Spartacus previously worked at Dell Technologies, where he built a strong foundation in financial analysis, sales strategy and planning, and business partnering, including experience supporting run-the-business (RTB) financial operations.
