The network downtime we were experiencing became much more than just an inconvenience. It was impacting customer service, our reputation, and the ability to operate on a satisfactory level. Once they established a QoS for us, our network operation and call quality issues were a thing of the past. They began with a network assessment that provided a detailed map of the network, traffic flow, and identified weaknesses or vulnerabilities in the design and/or configuration.
MGT has led our district through data protocols that pinpoint strengths and growth areas for all students. Additionally, the professional learning support to develop our capacity to provide tiered instruction using evidence-based practices has strengthened our intervention model, allowing us to be proactive in remediating students’ identified needs and/or gaps in prior learning.
