The network downtime we were experiencing became much more than just an inconvenience. It was impacting customer service, our reputation, and the ability to operate on a satisfactory level. Once they established a QoS for us, our network operation and call quality issues were a thing of the past. They began with a network assessment that provided a detailed map of the network, traffic flow, and identified weaknesses or vulnerabilities in the design and/or configuration.
As a technical service provider, MGT has closely and strategically collaborated with teachers and leaders from within our district to analyze data, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement within the lowest performing student subpopulations, and develop plans for implementation with a narrow focus on the highest impact levers. MGT closely collaborates to build capacity of educators, progress monitor goals, and adjust course, as needed.
