Dr. Kulich has held senior leadership roles at MGT Impact Solutions, Renaissance Learning, and NWEA, where she led literacy strategy, advised state education agencies, supported large-scale assessment adoption, and designed professional learning grounded in cognitive science, structured literacy, and MTSS.
