Today, as MGT’s Chief Corporate Development Officer, Holly leads the firm’s disciplined acquisition strategy and execution. Since joining MGT, she has overseen a series of acquisitions that expanded geographic reach, enhanced services, and fueled the companies in-organic growth. She is recognized for blending financial rigor with strategic vision to navigate complex transactions. Holly is passionate about uniting culture and talent to build careers, scale businesses, and amplify impact for the communities MGT serves.
Holly previously served as the CFO for West Monroe and worked as a trusted advisor at Arthur Andersen and KPMG serving middle market and private equity clients.
