Who We Are

MGT is a nationwide leader in providing comprehensive and targeted solutions to improve student learning outcomes. Our team members are all educators first, with deep experience in classroom, school, and district leadership. We have long-standing partnerships with LEAs across Texas spanning more than 25 years and focus areas of all kinds. This includes serving as approved providers for a myriad of TEA grants as well as independent and extension projects. We support districts in aligning, implementing, and managing various initiatives simultaneously.

MGT partners with districts and campuses to identify proven, high-leverage strategies to support instructional improvements, including leading diagnostic/appraisal processes, instructional coaching, leadership coaching, Professional Development, and strategic implementation support. Our areas of expertise include instructional planning, curriculum implementation, classroom routines and procedures, differentiation strategies, observation and feedback cycles, and data-driven practices.

Our TEA-Approved Services

LIFT Grant

The LIFT Grant combines Strong Foundations, Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL), and Texas Lesson Study (TxLS) programs to strengthen core instruction through HQIM, leadership development, and job-embedded professional learning.

LIFT Add-On: School Improvement PLC Support

Provides targeted funding for embedded PLC coaching on identified campuses. MGT helps districts accelerate results through leadership development and HQIM-aligned coaching.

School Improvement Curriculum & Instruction Support (SI CISG)

Funds targeted instructional support for federally identified campuses. MGT maximizes this investment through customized coaching and sustained capacity-building.

Blended Learning

Supports districts in implementing effective, technology-integrated learning models. MGT helps design and execute blended learning strategies that enhance engagement and personalize learning.

MGT is proud to be a TEA Approved Provider for the Learning Acceleration Support Opportunities (LASO) Cycle 4, the newest iteration of the consolidated application designed to strengthen instructional foundations across Texas. LASO Cycle 4 is centered around the Leadership & Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT) initiative, which merges previous programs to maximize impact.

We are certified across key LASO 4 focus areas, including:

LIFT (Leadership & Instructional Foundations for Texas, which includes former Strong Foundations and Texas Instructional Leadership components)
LIFT Add-On: School Improvement PLC Supports (LIFT SI PLC)
School Improvement Curriculum and Instruction Support Grant (SI CISG)
Blended Learning Grant (BLG)

As one of the original approved providers for the Strong Foundations Grant since 2022, we have a proven track record, having successfully partnered with fourteen Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in both Literacy and Math through previous cycles. MGT is committed to helping LEAs leverage this significant funding to drive sustainable instructional improvement.
