Our team was very put-at-ease and interested in how MGT has such a deep bench – not just of individuals but of resources. We knew that no matter what challenge we encountered as Pitkin County, MGT had probably already seen it or had a resource in their library to help us assess how to move forward. In the end, having the Equity team there to serve us made it feel like a small family. We always felt like our needs were taken care of, and having a larger organization to rely on for resources really shines through in the Equity team’s ability to show up for their customers.
