JERE BAXTER MIDDLE SCHOOL

In 2024, Jere Baxter received level 5 TVAAS growth in multiple categories. They also achieved a 25% reduction in discipline incidents. Due to this recent growth and achievement, the school has earned a “C” rating for the first time in more than five years.
LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
(Jackson-Madison County Schools)
For SY23, Lincoln moved from a level 1 to a level 5 in growth after implementing consistent, positive behavior practices, data-driven instructional practices, and increasing student engagement opportunities.
KNOX COUNTY SCHOOLS
(District-Wide; Knox County)
In 2024, Knox County Schools partnered with MGT Education to review literacy instruction across all 52 K–5 schools. Using classroom observations and educator input, MGT delivered detailed school reports and a district summary with actionable insights to support literacy growth.
LIBERTY TECH HIGH SCHOOL

In 2023 MGT conducted a Comprehensive Needs Assessment and implement targeted strategies, leading to a 50% reduction in discipline incidents and improved academic performance across all major subjects—demonstrating meaningful improvements in school culture and instructional quality.
