The network downtime we were experiencing became much more than just an inconvenience. It was impacting customer service, our reputation, and the ability to operate on a satisfactory level. Once they established a QoS for us, our network operation and call quality issues were a thing of the past. They began with a network assessment that provided a detailed map of the network, traffic flow, and identified weaknesses or vulnerabilities in the design and/or configuration.
MGT came in and gave structure and process to our school improvement efforts. They worked with faculty and staff to build on existing talent and aptitudes. They worked with the NEFEC to help us develop a response plan to interim data and reporting. Their team has been available to us whenever we needed them. We are so proud of our success and will continue working with MGT to build on this momentum. Their flexibility and responsiveness are second to none.
MGT has been a huge help in working with the district to resolve several complex facilities challenges. Additionally, they have been instrumental in assisting us with obtaining district friendly mitigation agreements. Our PLCs (professional learning communities) are more focused, there is no off-topic chatter, and teachers are very punctual with the time. Every little part of the tool keeps the meeting moving, which is missing in a lot of other PLC meetings.
